No , Colored hair is no longer Virgin . To achieve colored hair , we color our virgin hair using our special ammonia-free coloring process. If The Color is not natural black #1 ,or natural brown #2. then the hair has been color and its not virgin. 

Caring for hair extension for reduce tangling and matting and keep your hair extensions renew is quite easy acturally ,just follow bellow steps before installation. 

1. Brush your hair better with fingers from the bottom up .

2. Wet the hair with warm water .

3. Shampoo the hair with quarter sized amount of shampoo . 

4. Rinse the shampoo with warm water . 

    QUICK TIP: Warm water helps open the cuticle and prepares the hair for the next step . 

5. Apply a generous amount of conditioner, run your fingers through the hair from the top down .Scrunch the ends with coonditioner, this remedies split ends with ease 

    QUICK TIP: Comb the conditioner through with a wide touth comb

6. Rinse the conditioner out with luke-warm water 

7. Pat dry with a bowl. Do not rub the hair to dry it , gently pat .

Weaves & Bulk Hair

For a full head we recommend 2 bundles if you trying to achieve 18 inches and under. For 20inches and over we recommend 3bundles. It's always better to purchase a little extra rather than not enough. You can always return any unopened packs or use any leftover for a future purchase. You can never have enough hair !

Tape Hair 

We recommend 6 to 8 packs for a full installation. 

Clip Ons 

One set will add length and volume, but 2 sets will make you an all out diva ! Go for 2 if glam is what you are after. 

Fusion Hair 

Normall we recommend 150-200gram is a medium density , if you go for a large density you can try 300gram .

Storage:

When you buy your synthetic hair wigs. you must get a mannequin head with it . it will serve as your storage when the accessory is not in use. Placing it in the mannequin head will prevent wig knotting and tangling. The Moment you need it . Just pull it from its storage and you are ready to project a different look.

Cleaning

Your synthetic hair wigs would require cleaning from time to time. The pollution around you ,like the smell of smoke,can cling to the hair . When it is time to clean the hair extensions, get a wide-toothed comb to remove the tangles and straighten the formed knots. You can shampoo and use conditioner to the synthetic hair pieces while wearing it or while it is set on a mannequin head . Use cool water in rinsing and let it air dry .

Hair Treatments

The quality of your synthetic hair will determine whether you can have other hair treatments while wearing them. The highest but most expensive types will allow you to have perming and dyeing with them. However. for other types. you need to consult your providers about the restrictions to ensure that you do not cause any damage to the wig.

The proper use of this accessory will determine how long you can use them , Generally ,with regular maintenance, you can use it for the next six months to one year.

1. Please fix the hair in professional salon which can put the hair more steady and natural !

2. When swimming, please wear water proof hat and keep away from the rain for daily using;

3. Please use warm water to wash the hair, not cold water, and wash the hair at least 2-3 week once;

4. Hair shampoo and hair conditioner is necessary when washing; You can brush  the hair when it is with hair conditioner ;

5. Brush the hair softly from bottom up with big tooth comb;

6. Do not use too much oil or spray when the hair is in good condition;

7. Do not dye the hair color by yourself, your hairdresser is more professional;

8. Since it is hair , the shapes can not last forever, but when hair shapes changed, you can use rollers to curl your hair , and put in boiled hot water for 10 minutes, then air drying for a overnight or 24 hours. Then the hair will get shape again ! Special curls should be done by hairdresser !

We provide a wig cap in each shipment for use when trying the wig on for hygienic purposes. This helps to maintain the product’s eligibility for return. Use it with our compliments. You needn’t return it to us in the event you return any wigs.

In order to offer premium quality wigs, all the wigs will be shipped directly from our factories to our shewig.com office first ,after carefully checking then will shipped out by our office colleague.

Delivery from factory to us may take 2-3 days so usually we will ship your item out in about 3 business days after payment received . As factories don't work on weekends, handling time may takes 4-5 business days for order placed on Friday. Once wig is shipped out , we will offer tracking number via email. For customized order , we will need 28-35 days to produce the item and then dispatch it .

1. We cannot ship via a traceable method to any post office boxes. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so package can be tracked. 

2. For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified .

3.We are not responsible for any duties,taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by customs for any international deliveries. But we will declare the wigs as synthetic wig and worth less than $30 to help avoid the duties.

The best way of styling your hair extensions is to dry your hair extensions very well. Hair extensions are more manageable to be styled when they are completely dry, plus you avoid breakage of your own natural hair. When hair extensions or natural hair are wet the hair gets elastic, and by brushing them wet it can prevent breakage, It depends on elasticity level/measure that the hair has on stretching( low or high). After drying them very well, apply a thermal heat protection on your hair extensions and  brush your hair in each sections you part before you use carefully a curly iron or a flat iron, to give the hair the look you desire! (Be careful!!! do not apply flat iron or excessive heat to the bonds itself)

Try not to wash the extensions more than every 3-4 days. You shouldn’t be washing your hair more than that anyways, but if you are a person who feels it is necessary to wash your hair everyday, only shampoo the top of your head close to your roots and try to avoid the extensions.

 (Even when don’t have extensions it is not good to wash your hair everyday)

This is because  you give the bonds time to set and seal better. It also helps a lot with slippage as there is no chance of moisture getting in between the bonds whether it be tape, keratin (fusion), or beads (i-tip).

You can start washing your hair extensions after 24 hours of the installation time.
